| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the 3rd Meeting of Board of Directors for 2023-24 of Rotary Club of Akurdi held on 6th Day of Sep, 2023, at 7:30 pm at the residence of Residence of IPP Rtn Kalyano Kulkarni at Flat No. B-308, Ashirwad Homes, Pipe Line Road, Behind Iscon Temple, Ravet. Gaurav Sharma Director Service Projects - CSR PRESIDENT Rtn. Shashikant Sharma being present occupied the chair and conducted the proceedings of the meeting. He welcomed the board of directors. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS BOARD MEETING. Board took note of the previous board meeting held on August 5, 2023. Minutes circulated earlier, were reviewed and approved by the board REVIEW OF ACTION ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS BOARD MEETING 1 Status of accounts from previous year Accounts have been finalized and ready with CA 2 Service Project – Onco Concept letter forwarded to few foreign club for global grant application CLUB ADMIN UPDATE Rtn Seema Sharma provided the plan for the next 4 weeks. It was decided to organize a family for charter day celebration and to recognize the efforts of past presidents and charter members. Date of event will be 16th Septetember. SERVICE PROJECTS Service directors were not present therefore, president briefed the Board about the progress of Service Projects. CSR Director PP Gaurav briefed about the progress of CSR funding. It was decided to participate in district project Dhaga. FOUNDATION No additional contribution were made to Rotary Foundation. MEMBERSHIP President briefed that so far 4 new members are added to the Club and part/full club contribution received from these prospective members. It was decided to induct them during the family night. Further, few members are showing inability to continue. It was decided to reach all these members and convince them to continue with the Club. TREASURER Club dues received from 25 members. TRUST MEETING President proposed to call tryst meeting to discuss and approve formalities related to compliances and other business Next BoD would be hosted by Rtn Gaurav & Rtn. Seema .
